Natchez:
A very early, thornless variety. Fruit is large and firm. Very good production lasting 3 to 5 weeks.

A very resistant, mid-season variety. Firm, succulent fruit. Stems are firm and thorny.
Prime-Ark45:
A mid-season, recurrent-flowering variety, and thorny. More productive and later than Prime-Jim. Large, delicious fruit.
Prime-Jim:
A thorny, recurrent-flowering blackberry with good production of sweet fruit that is of average size.
Prim-Jan:
Very vigorous, recurrent-flowering plant. Stronger and earlier production than Prime-Jim, with good, sweet fruit. Fruit is smaller.

A compact plant of average vigour; it is highly valued in the juice industry for its high concentration of Vitamin C and the large size of its fruit. Moderately resistant to downy mildew, this variety is very well adapted to mechanical harvesting.
Thornless variety with semi-rigid stem. Late harvest. Strong production, fruit of nice quality but very average firmness. Must be protected in winter.
